New Team Records (as of August 16th)

Congratulations to all of our swimmers who participated at the Canadian Eastern Championships! The meet was a huge success as our swimmers put up some remarkable performances.
Congratulations on a 3rd place finish for the CSLA Regional swimmers at the 41st Jeux de Montréal! An amazing feat for our younger swimmers who are getting ready to finish the year strong!
Congratulations to the 15 swimmers from our club who competed at the Quebec Cup in Gatineau from March 9 to March 11. CSLA finished 4th among the 46 clubs present. Pictured are Cailin McMurray, Ainsley McMurray and Iris Pouliot who took the top three places in the 100 butterfly!
On Friday March 2nd, our 13-14 year old girls relay broke the previous 200 IM provincial relay record. The previous record of 2:00.19 was held by the Pointe-Claire swim club and was established in November of 2013.
Vanessa Patrizi, Olivia Lam, Iris Pouliot and Amaya Sastron-Navarrete finished with a time on 1:59.52 lowering the record by over a half second.
